Upcoming events in Athens

- The Maria Callas Grand Prix for Opera, Oratory and Piano 2010 comes to Athens from 4th to 14th March 2010. A highly reputed international contest backed by UNESCO, the Maria Callas Grand Prix for Opera, Oratory and Piano 2010 in Athens will be held in the suburb of Attica.

- Christos Hatzis’ music will play at Megaron Moussikis in Athens. On the 31st of March you can listen to music by Hatzis, an internationally renowned composer, played by the Athens Chamber Orchestra and some of the best Greek soloists. - Ecotec 2010 Athens is the third edition of this fair dedicated to environmental technology and photovoltaic systems. Renting a car is a good idea if you want to be able to get to certain beaches without worrying about bus schedules. Renting a 4x4 or a motorbike will help you access some of the isolated beaches and more interesting ones.
